Please note, external factors such as natural disasters, holidays, and adverse weather conditions may affect shipping times. While we strive for punctuality, there may be delays beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee precise delivery times, as these are subject to the shipping company's policies.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placement. Should you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please contact us with the subject line "CANCEL".
Incorrect Address: In case of an incorrect address submission, kindly correct it by replying to your order confirmation email within 24 hours. Immediate notification allows us to amend the address before dispatch.
Damaged Items: Our products are shipped with additional padding for protection. However, should your item arrive damaged due to shipping handling, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will promptly send a replacement free of charge.
Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items: Orders containing pre-ordered or back-ordered items will have in-stock items shipped immediately, while the rest will follow as soon as they are available. If you receive only part of your order initially, rest assured the remaining items will be sent without additional delay.
